With the changing seasons most of us experience changing skin types as well. When the weather starts shifting from warm and sunny to cooler and not so nice my skin starts to get dry and flaky which is why I wanted to share this DIY moisturizing mask just for dry, sensitive skin today.
All you need is:
- A banana or an avocado
- 1 vitamin E capsule (or vitamin E oil)
Mash whichever fruit you choose until it becomes a smooth paste and then pour the vitamin E onto it. Make sure to blend the two ingredients together well and then apply evenly onto your face and neck. Let the mask sit for half and hour and then rinse with lukewarm water until it’s all gone, and go about your regular moisturizing routine. Your skin will feel lush and hydrated afterwards!
