Awesome Oats

Oatmeal has a long list of health benefits, but did you know it can also be used as a facial scrub? If your skin is dry or irritated, try whipping up a batch of the favorite breakfast meal and using it on your face. The oatmeal doesn’t irritate your skin or leave it feeling dry. It actually helps to draw out impurities and balance your skins natural moisture levels. It gets rid of all of your dead skin cells and helps promote healthier skin.

Just make your oatmeal a little thicker than you normally eat in the morning, and add some honey. Apply the mixture to your damp face and massage in small, gentle, circular motions. Rinse off and your skin will look fresh and healthy!
